Anti-Spam Policy for BonSign Online (bonsign.online)
BonSign Online does not allow unsolicited messages to advertise or promote bonsign.online. This ban applies to email, SMS, messaging apps, social media direct messages, and automated calls. We do not buy, rent, or use purchased lists. We do not permit affiliates, partners, or third parties to promote BonSign Online with unsolicited messages.
What we send
BonSign Online only sends transactional messages that are triggered by user actions, such as account verification, document signature requests, status updates, receipts, and security notices. Each message identifies the sender and includes a working reply address for support.
Consent
Any sender using our service must have a direct relationship with the recipient or recorded opt-in. Cold outreach and list harvesting are not allowed.
Third-party promotion
We do not run an affiliate program. No reseller, contractor, or marketing partner may send unsolicited messages about BonSign Online.
Compliance and best practices
We maintain suppression lists, honor bounces and complaints, and require accurate sender information. We use authentication methods such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing.
How to report abuse
If you received a message that appears to advertise BonSign Online without your consent, forward the email with full headers to abuse@{{ $domain }}. For non-email channels, send screenshots and details to the same address. We review reports and take action, which can include warning, suspension, or termination of offending accounts.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our platform. Severe or repeated abuse may be reported to hosting providers, email service providers, or law enforcement where appropriate.
